Welcome to Lullen. By downloading, installing, or using the Lullen app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lullen, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Lullen is a micro-journaling app that allows you to capture daily mood check-ins and reflections. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Subscription Services

Lullen offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Lullen+ subscriptions include:

• Unlimited timeline history access
• Advanced visualizations (Color Timeline, Pattern Constellation)
• Pattern insights and mood analysis
• Unlimited reflection cards
• Data export (JSON & PDF)
• iCloud sync across devices

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your current subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, or manage subscriptions through the App Store.

Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to Lullen+ features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. Your data will remain on your device, but access to premium features and history beyond 30 days will be restricted.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. The duration and terms of any free trial will be specified at the time of sign-up.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in Lullen, including journal entries, mood data, and reflections. Your content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lullen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to transmit harmful code or malware

7. Intellectual Property

The Lullen app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by JJMK Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lullen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Lullen is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJMK Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lullen.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of Lullen after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
